When you submit the assessment form, we collect:

• Your company name, email address, and website (if provided)
• Financial inputs you enter: annual revenue, payment terms, late payment percentage, average invoice value, invoices per month, currency, and manufacturing sector
• The calculated results: AR health score, grade, estimated DSO, cost breakdown, and related metrics

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Generate your personalised AR health report and PDF
• Follow up with relevant information about improving your accounts receivable performance (legitimate interest under GDPR — you requested an AR health assessment and we may follow up on that specific topic)
• Improve the calculator based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns

Legal basis

We process your data under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You voluntarily submitted your business data to receive a free AR health assessment. Following up on this specific topic is a proportionate and expected use of that data.

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database hosted within the EU (AWS eu-west region). We retain your data for up to 24 months from submission, after which it is automatically deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers (e.g., email delivery, database hosting) solely to operate the calculator. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data
